Now that Ms Akira is hanging out in the computer room instead of grandma's room, the boys seem to understand that she is part of the household and they are not so aggressive anymore. This is because they see her everyday. She has had in these few weeks to contend with Bujang who had tried to muscle in on her, Toro who had tried to sniff her blanket, contend with Tanaka who was always trying to get closer to her than she likes and Megat who is forever staring at her and who will try to beat her up if he could. Megat and Ms Akira are old enemies.

However I am also glad that once Toro had defended her from Tanaka's mischief. When Tanaka tried to get near her blanket, he nipped Tanaka's bum. Hahaha. It was very funny as Tanaka got a great shock from the nip and at the same time, Ms Akira reared her head and screamed at him. It was enough to send him scrambling out of the room in fright. So eventhough he is still curious, he is more cautious and would tread with respect.

Bujang now leaves her alone and would not disturb her whether she is under the blanket or on top of the cupboard or on the side table. She is very comfortable with him and she has learnt to ignore Toro who in turn has learnt to leave her alone and to treat her as one of the family. If only Megat and Tanaka would do the same, she would have an easier time.

However I would still have to close the door to the computer room once I finish with the computer in the evenings as I do not want her to get spooked when she is sleeping at the side table, as she always would in the evenings. I certainly do not want to leave her alone with Megat. THAT is a recipe for disaster.
